Morpankh Round

16-inch round, bright gold

Morpankh is the peacock feather, a symbol of royalty across India. Fine gold lines sweep across a 16-inch circle in the shape of plumes, edged with a slim gold rim. On dark marble or black glass it looks almost engraved. Pair it with the rectangular Morpankh to mix shapes along a long table.

• Vinyl with a pressed metallic finish: light to handle, and the edges won't fray the way fabric does.

• Store flat to keep it crisp. Place hot dishes on a trivet rather than directly on it.
