North India Company placemats and runners are sold through Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy in the United States and Canada.

Orders through a retailer

Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout on the retailer's site. Depending on the listing, your order may be shipped by the retailer or by us as the marketplace seller; the listing and your order confirmation will say which. Tracking is available through your account with that retailer.

Where we deliver

We currently sell to customers in the United States and Canada. We don't yet ship to other countries.

Packaging

Our placemats and runners are packed in kraft paper mailers. See our sustainability page for how to recycle or reuse them.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact the retailer you ordered from through your order page, and email us at support@northindiacompany.com with your order number and photos of any damage. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
