Orders through Amazon, Walmart or Best Buy

Returns and refunds for orders placed through a retailer follow that retailer's return policy, including the return window, how to start a return and how refunds are paid. Start your return from your order page on the retailer's site. Refunds are issued by the retailer to your original payment method, on the timeline set out in its policy.

Damaged, defective or not as described

If something arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what the listing described, start a return with the retailer and also email us at support@northindiacompany.com with your order number, the retailer's name and photos. We want to know, and we'll help put it right.

Before you return

If you're unsure about size or finish, email us first. We may be able to help you choose a design that suits your table better.

Trade orders

Returns, cancellations and claims for trade and wholesale orders are governed by the terms in the quotation or invoice for that order. Please report any damage or shortage as soon as possible after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, province or territory.
